Job Summary
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing the employe experience through accurate and timely administration of HR systems. This temporary role (6 month assignment)focuses on managing onboarding workflows in SAP Success Factors ensuring data integrity troubleshooting issues and partnering with HR and IT to deliver a smooth compliant and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
What will make you successful
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of HRIS experience.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and UltiPro (UKG) preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS payroll management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task when appropriate.
What you will be doing
- Manage new hire setup within the HRIS system including data entry workflow configuration provisioning requests and documentation.
- Monitor onboarding dashboards and queues to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Maintain digital onboarding forms templates and checklists.
- Ensure accurate data has been transferred or added to the payroll and timekeeping system.
- Identify process gaps or recurring issues within onboarding workflows and create helpdesk tickets when necessary or recommend solutions
- Partner with HR and Payroll to ensure onboarding processes remain compliant and aligned with policy changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions from new hires managers recruiters and local HR team members.
- Troubleshoot system errors or access issues and escalate as needed.
- Perform quality checks on new hire data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Run standard onboarding and new hire reports
- Support audits related to onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain online electronic files.
