Whanganui District Council is looking for a skilled Senior Property Analyst to join our Parks & Property Team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This is a role where your reporting analysis and financial expertise will directly support the decisions that shape how Council manages and invests in its property portfolio work that matters to the Whanganui community every day.
About the Role
As our Senior Property Analyst you will provide high-quality reporting oversee property valuations leases and lease compliance and monitor market conditions. You will provide oversight of contract metadata and reporting along with expert analysis across the Parks & Property portfolio. Youll lead the preparation and rollout of the Annual Budget and Annual Plan ensuring Council assets are managed effectively sustainably and in alignment with community needs.
This is a pivotal role where your insights will support sound decision-making proactive risk management and long-term planning for our communitys assets and infrastructure.
