Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the dynamic team at Hard Rock Digital. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of online sports betting and interactive gaming. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Creating detailed business requirements documents and user stories
- Working closely with product teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to track project success and identify areas for improvement
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
Desired Experience:
- 2-10 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Experience in the online sports betting or gaming industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $51000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $73000 per year
