Job Summary
Job Description: Business Analyst at Input 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that will help improve business processes
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and share findings
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- 1-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $45000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $77000 per year
