Heartland AEA supports57 public school districts 44 accredited nonpublic schools and 2 charter schoolsacross central full-time position working a 192-day contract.
What Youll Do
The Professional Services Provider (Generalist) supports districts and AEA staff in closing achievement gaps through curriculum development evidence-based practices and professional learning. Key duties include leveraging technology facilitating training and promoting instructional improvement aligned with Iowa Standards.
This role assists in monitoring the fidelity of implementation and outcomes of MTSS to ensure alignment and focus on intended results. Assists schools with procedures and protocols to analyze student data and implementation evaluation data to examine current practices and make changes to increase implementation while coachng and consulting with school and district leaders.
