The opportunity

• ServiceNow Platform administrator (Senior)
• Expected joining date Immediate
• Experience: 1.5 to 3 years experience

Your key responsibilities

• ServiceNow Platform administration and maintenance activities
• Incident Management Change and Problem Management.
• Understand new ServiceNow features and unused module functionality.
• Investigate technical solutions and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform related issues

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum 2-3 years of JavaScript experience including usage AngularJS frameworks.
• Hands-on experience on the below ServiceNow modules (Recommended):
  • Must Have: ITSM Service Portal Custom Applications ITIL Foundation
  • Good to have: HRSD ITOM Discovery IRM SecOps
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Certified Application Developer Certification
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
• Excellent business communication skills
• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
• Willing to work in shifts and on-call support.

To qualify for the role you must have.

Strong in following technologies (minimum 23-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).

• Java Java Script Angular JS
• RESTful Webservices
• Angular JS
• HTML CSS SOAP REST
