Purpose of the Position
As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sales performance in your respective region. We are looking for a proven sales leader with the ability to coach and inspire a team that is committed to the success of Oticon and our customers.
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Travel is required for this role. We are open to applicants across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of the Business Development Managers/Product trainers in your region
- Forecast the performance of your respective region and ensure targets are met
- Employee recruitment training and coaching
- Key account management
- New account activation/prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant key opinion leaders
- Support provincial 3rd party reviews
- Assist in planning and execution of new product introductions
- Monthly sales reporting/forecasting
- Assist with all regional corporate communications
- Other duties as assigned by VP of Sales
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience in hearing healthcare required
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Proficient in al MS Office tools (xls PowerPoint etc)
- CRM experience
- Detail oriented
- Client focused
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently (50%)
