Pay Rate/Range: $14/hr
Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Support professional to assist with paper file management and data entry. This temporary position will support both the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement and Data Services Departments. The ideal candidate will be organized dependable and comfortable working with both physical files and electronic records.
Job Requirements: Key responsibilities include copying faxing filing scanning and uploading both paper and electronic documents maintaining databases with accurate and timely data entry organizing and managing electronic care records and assisting with internal and external audit preparation. This role will spend approximately 70% of the time on paper file management and 30% on data entry while following company policies procedures and completing required trainings.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED with prior clerical or secretarial experience preferred. Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to lift as needed for file management tasks are required. Candidates must also pass a background check fingerprinting physical and drug screening.
Job Type: Temporary
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm (40 hours a week)
