About the Role
As ECT Science Teacher (Biology) you will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 with a strong focus on Biology. You will be supported to teach a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
Secure understanding of key Biology concepts and scientific thinking
Confidence with practical work and safe laboratory routines
Data handling application of knowledge and evaluation skills
Exam confidence through modelling purposeful practice and precise feedback

Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
Be an ECT (or soon-to-qualify) and hold or be working towards QTS
Have strong subject knowledge in Biology (and confidence teaching general Science)
Deliver well-structured lessons with clear routines and high expectations
Be committed to developing through mentoring coaching and training
Build positive relationships and maintain a calm purposeful classroom culture
