Job Summary
Exclusive Mandate > On behalf of our client a leading industrial group with worldwide presence we are looking for a Group Reporting & Consolidation professional with sound IFRS knowledge.
Tasks
- Financial Reporting > Steering and review of quarterly consolidated financial statements coordination of quarterly audits and support of stock-exchange-relevant publications and internal reporting to the Group CFO and the Board
- Global Accounting > Further development and harmonisation of global accounting processes including IFRS guidance and support for system and tool enhancements
- Consolidation > Management and coordination of the monthly consolidation process and maintenance of the group-wide consolidation system and reporting packages
- Project Management > Leadership of global projects focused on the enhancement of accounting and reporting processes as well as involvement in M&A and transformation projects
Requirements
- Degree in Finance Accounting or Controlling or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in Group Accounting Financial Reporting Consolidation or in External Audit within an international environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation as well as experience in project management
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
