Summary of Responsibilities: To attend to the administration of the transfer of sectional or conventional property from receipt of the instruction through to registration and to liaise with all parties to the transaction on an ongoing basis.

- Processing of instructions
- Compiling accurate records of source of instructions
- Reporting to clients
- Reporting to agents
- Arranging appointments
- Drafting of documents
- File management foreseeing potential problems
- Reporting to conveyancer & advising of problem areas
- Arrangement of lodgement
- Registration of matter
- Financial administration of file including investments payments receipts and balancing of funds.
- FICA Compliance
- Delivery of deeds
- Reception duties
- Sound knowledge of Lexis Convey & AJS
- Ability to attend to standard queries raised by both Seller and Purchasers
- Deal competently with Agents queries
- Sound accounting background
- Good letter writing capability & drafting skills
- Ability to work independentlly
- Effectively diarize and administer the various procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Ability to cope with volume
- Ability to prioritize / manage deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Methodical and well organized
- Matric Qualification
- Paralegal Qualification would be an advantage
- At least 2-3 years working experience in similar role
