Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Full Stack Developer to join the product team responsible for Digital Sales Equipment at the Retail Point of Sale.

This role is central to Product Vision 2020: creating an emotional brand-adequate vehicle retail experience that distinguishes the brand as an innovation leader through seamless product visualization.

The Mission: You will contribute to the Joy and excitement of the customer retail journey by developing and maintaining innovative digital sales tools.

This role integrates software engineering with high-end product visualization ensuring a seamless experience for customers at the point of sale while maintaining rigorous quality standards and technical lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Degree in IT or relevant experience.
Experience: 1-3 years Software Testing and development experience.
Certification: ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester or ISEB Intermediate Certificate (Advantageous).

Analyse processes end to end
Define & implement test plans
Estimate test effort
Manual functional & technical testing
API performance security & reliability testing
ADA accessibility testing
Mobile / cross platform testing
Automated script ready development
Test case creation execution & technical analysis
Defect logging workflow adherence & follow ups
Reporting of test results
Liaise with developers testers stakeholders & external vendors
Act as point of contact between developers & QA
Coordinate test data creation
Ensure correct test environment access
Participate in daily stand ups
Participate in sprint ceremonies
Static/dynamic analysis
Documentation (ISO aligned)
Ensure compliance with IT Security quality standards & audits
Peer reviews
Risk identification & mitigation
Track requirements & ensure automation coverage
System testing / parallel runs
User training & sign off
Deployment preparation & production support (including hyper care)
2nd & 3rd level support
Technical lifecycle management
Maintain lessons learned sheets
