Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Grants Management Consultant to support a Brownfield system conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will lead finance transformation and grants management enablement while preserving historical data ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning financial processes with S/4HANA innovations and best practices. The consultant has to be an individual contributor must do individual hands on configuring the system and on the other defined activities per project plan.

*** MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE IN SAP FICO FUNDS MANGEMENT & GRANTS MANAGMENT.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in:

o SAP S/4HANA Finance

o SAP Grants Management

* SAP FICO

Proven experience in Brownfield S/4HANA conversions

Deep knowledge of public sector or grant-funded financial processes

Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance data model and simplification

impacts

Experience with Fiori finance applications

Technical & Tools Knowledge

SAP Migration Cockpit / LTMC

Data migration frameworks

Financial data reconciliation tools

Custom code impact analysis

Project Experience

2 full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations

At least 1 Brownfield S/4HANA conversion project

Experience in large enterprise/public sector environments

Strong documentation and testing expertise

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification

Experience in Public Sector Management

Knowledge of Central Finance architecture

Exposure to Treasury & Risk Management

Experience with IFRS / GAAP multi-ledger environments

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCE & CONTROLLING / GRANTS MANAGEMENT:

Must have sound understanding of Finance processes and utilization of funds with Grants Management.

Must have worked in 2 conversion projects.

Should have worked on end-to-end process as a consultant.

Should have good hands-on experience in Configuration testing Data Migration in S4 Hana.

Must have worked in Public Sector Organisation and should have working experience of Funds Management & Grants Management.

Good Client facing Interpersonal skills and Hands on in S4 Hana.

Expert in basic FICO sub-modules like AR AP Banking GL Assets Accounting and Integration with other Modules.
