Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and cloud technologies to design develop and deploy intelligent systems integrating modern AI capabilities with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java J2EE-based applications with scalable architecture.
Design and implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data into IMS databases.
Build and integrate AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern GenAI frameworks.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.
Implement embeddings and vector store integrations for semantic search.
Design tool-calling agents and automation workflows using LLMs.
Implement and evaluate fine-tuning instruction tuning and parameter-efficient tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA).
Conduct LLM evaluation (automated and human-based) and mitigate hallucination risks.
Implement AI safety guardrails and prompt injection defences.
Work with frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance policies when integrating third-party AI tools.
Deploy and manage solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
