This opportunity is suited to seasoned HR practitioners who bring expertise in talent strategy stakeholder communication and workforce development and who are interested in applying those skills within a flexible professional consulting model.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured virtual discussions with professionals exploring career development and leadership growth
- Apply HR and workforce strategy expertise to support career advisory conversations
- Engage with qualified contacts through professional platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
- Contribute to digital engagement initiatives aligned with professional development topics
- Work independently while adhering to established operational systems and compliance standards
Professional Background
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Management Organizational Development or People & Culture leadership
- Experience supporting employee development coaching conversations or workforce strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication capability
- Comfortable working within remote collaboration platforms and digital systems
- Self-managed with strong professional accountability
Engagement Model
- Independent consulting role (not salaried employment)
- Compensation aligned with measurable engagement outcomes
- Flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time availability)
