Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American advisory network and is seeking experienced HR and People & Culture professionals to support career and leadership development initiatives within a remote consulting environment.

Core Responsibilities

Facilitate structured virtual discussions with professionals exploring career development and leadership growth
Apply HR and workforce strategy expertise to support career advisory conversations
Engage with qualified contacts through professional platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
Contribute to digital engagement initiatives aligned with professional development topics
Work independently while adhering to established operational systems and compliance standards

Professional Background

Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Management Organizational Development or People & Culture leadership
Experience supporting employee development coaching conversations or workforce strategy
Strong written and verbal communication capability
Comfortable working within remote collaboration platforms and digital systems
Self-managed with strong professional accountability

Engagement Model

Independent consulting role (not salaried employment)
