As a Security Officer - Command Center Dispatch in Frisco TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location where you will coordinate security-related calls monitor cameras and alarms manage access control and badge activity and communicate updates to on-site teams. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage production or distribution location.
• Dispatch and coordinate responses to alarms calls for service and incident reports using radios phones and/or computer systems; maintain clear communication with onsite staff and responding agencies as directed.
• Monitor CCTV alarms and access control activity as assigned; report unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access by escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken and relaying accurate information to supervisors and/or management.
• Complete shift activity logs incident reports and other required documentation; support shift transitions by briefing incoming personnel on open items and current conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Security Experience 2 Years.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
