1. Controls and oversees the day-to-day operational delivery for all aspects of the centralised Implementation Team.

2. Lead the Investment Implementation Services team by providing providing development opportunities performance evaluation compensation management employee retention and hiring

3. Plans and delivers change to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

4. Manages external 3rd party relationships ensuring that the service across the business are consistently delivered at an expected standard and facilitates the development of the client base and business.

5. Supports and participates in the sales process for existing and potential clients.

6. Supports senior Implementation Services leaders with managing key stakeholders in the business.

7. Acts as a leader to team colleagues and balances team capabilities through adequate cross-training to mitigate team risk.

8. Drives the development and enhancement of core systems to enhance the service offering to clients improve operational efficiencies and reduce risk ensuring the standardisation and automation of as many processes as possible.
