About the Role
Datadogs GTM Strategy & Operations team runs the business at scale. We ensure our sales engine operates cleanly fairly and efficiently while continuously improving how we drive growth.
This Analyst role is foundational to EMEA performance.
You will own the operational integrity of our sales motion - clean books fair Rules of Engagement accurate lead routing strong data quality and trusted reporting. When this role is done well sellers trust the system leadership trusts the data and revenue execution improves.
Alongside core ownership you will help expand the integration of AI-driven signal and intent scoring into book building TAM expansion and account prioritisation. Improving how we allocate resources and identify growth opportunities.
What Youll Own
Run the Business
- Own EMEA lead distribution and routing integrity.
- Manage and adjudicate Rules of Engagement (ROE) with consistency and sound judgment.
- Maintain clean territory structures and account alignments in Salesforce.
- Drive improvements in data quality and customer intelligence.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively improve workflows.
Your impact will be visible in how smoothly the EMEA sales business runs day-to-day.
Improve the Business
- Build dashboards and reporting to monitor operational health and performance.
- Expand AI-driven signal and intent scoring to improve book building TAM expansion and rep prioritisation.
- Use SQL and analytics tools to enhance scalability and decision-making.
- Partner with Sales Sales Ops Systems and HQ to deliver aligned scalable improvements.
As you grow youll take on broader initiatives influencing coverage strategy productivity and revenue acceleration.

What Were Looking For
- 12 years in Strategy & Operations Sales Ops consulting or analytical roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
- High attention to detail and operational rigor.
- Clear communicator with strong ownership mindset.
- Curiosity to question the status quo and improve how we operate.
Preferred:
- SaaS experience.
- Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau Metabase) familiarity.
