Youll collaborate with Product Engineering and Design peers to create intuitive consistent user experiences from concept to launch. Responsibilities

Leading the design of intuitive elegant user experiences across Bonsais suite of products including client CRM project management and billing solutions.
Understanding user goals and workflows to inform design decisions that drive simplicity and usability.
Creating wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile.
Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs and business goals into clear actionable designs.
Developing and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries. Conducting user testing and incorporating feedback to refine design solutions.
Contributing to the evolution of Bonsais visual language and brand expression through thoughtful design and attention to detail.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility performance and responsiveness in all designs.

What were looking for

Apply 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer ideally within SaaS or consumer web applications.
Bring a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UX and UI design across web and mobile platforms.
Demonstrate proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design systems and interaction design principles.
Design for complex workflows ideally within productivity finance or workflow management tools.
Communicate effectively and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners.
Show passion for crafting seamless human-centered experiences that empower users.
Value motion design illustration or visual storytelling as a creative advantage.
Leverage previous freelance agency or B2B SaaS experience would be advantageous.
