As anAccount Managerreporting to aSales Director youll play a meaningful role in managing and growing relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers across the UK helping them realize the full value of Nasdaqs FinTech solutions while supporting balanced revenue growth.

Act as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 UK customers building trusted longterm relationships
Own the endtoend contract renewal process ensuring timely and successful outcomes
Identify and drive upsell and crosssell opportunities within your customer portfolio
Partner closely with customer success managers and solution directors to support growthfocused initiatives
Proactively communicate product updates improvements and Nasdaqs strategic roadmap to customers
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Proven years of experience in account management sales or a customerfacing commercial role
Proven ability to lead customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
Strong communication skills with experience working in collaborative crossfunctional environments
Comfort working with CRM tools and balancing multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Experience in FinTech RegTech or a regulated financial services environment
Exposure to capital markets or financial software solutions
Experience working with UKbased clients and stakeholders
This position will be located inLondonand offers the opportunity for ahybrid work environment with at least3 days per week in the office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
