Opportunity Summary
Hunter Savage a specialist legal recruitment consultancy led by Managing Director Ronan Savage is instructed on an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor (45 PQE) to join a well-regarded London practice.
This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced employment solicitors advising employer clients on a broad range of workplace matters. The role would suit a commercially minded Employment Solicitor seeking exposure to complex advisory work high-quality clients and clear long-term progression.
You will join a collaborative team known for delivering practical business-focused advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors.
Practice Focus
The successful Employment Solicitor will work across a varied employer-side caseload including:
Day-to-day employment law advice to corporate and commercial clients
Drafting employment contracts policies and senior executive documentation
Advising on disciplinary grievance and performance management processes
Supporting redundancy programmes restructures and workforce changes
Handling Employment Tribunal matters where required
Providing employment law support on corporate transactions
This role provides excellent exposure to strategic advisory work alongside experienced employment specialists.
Candidate Profile
Suitable candidates will typically demonstrate:
45 years PQE in employment law
Strong experience advising employer clients
Solid technical drafting and analytical skills
A commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
The ability to manage matters independently within a collaborative team environment
Experience within a recognised employment practice is desirable.
