This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction performance and culture of our primary careveterinaryservices.
You will lead teamsacross multi sites drive operational excellencedeliver on financial KPIsensure high-quality patient care and oversee the delivery of safe effective and responsive services.
- A collaborative andforward-thinkingpracticeRCVS-accredited first-opinion hospital and referral practice in Exeter supported by three branch practices in Alphington StThomasandWhipton.
- Supportive senior leadership team with shared values
- State-of-the-artfacilities Including CT 3D ultrasound digital radiography endoscopy dental imaging andseparate wards for dogscatsand exotics.
- Wework closely with local referral hospitalsand benefit from regular CPD events and dedicated input from Cave Veterinary Specialists.
- Investment in your professional development and leadership growth. We actively support certificate study both financially and clinically.
We are open to candidates from either aclinicalornonclinicalleadership pathway.
- Proven leadership experience withinthe veterinary industry
- Ability to lead change influence stakeholders and drive performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
- MRCVS for Clinical Director positions.
- Experience in clinical leadership governance or service improvement.
If Operationally Qualified:
- Experience inveterinarypractice management
- Experience in clinical leadershippracticedevelopmentand client experience.
