As a Trusted Assessor you will be integral to maximising our customers independence. Youll carry out initial assessments for referrals to our services liaising with professionals to devise and deliver outcome-focused support.
Developing a comprehensive knowledge of local and community resources and services you will continue to liaise with the customer and their circles of support to ensure all parties are kept up to date on progress during subsequent customer reviews.

About You

To be considered as a Trusted Assessor youneed:

  • A full driving licence and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
  • To be confident travelling around theEssexarea
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to build and develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Solid IT skills
  • The ability and confidence to work independently and manage your own time
  • A proactive adaptable and customer focussed work ethic
  • Level 3 QCF is highly desirable or willingness to work towards

Travel required across Essex to work at local centres and visit customers.
