Vargo is recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the performance of teams delivering complex high-risk programmes for both our organisation and clients. The role requires leadership in programme delivery promotion of best practices and active contribution to business growth in a start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance advice and constructive challenge to shape strategic areas of transformation planning.
- Oversee the successful progression and completion of the Discovery Alpha and Beta programme phases.
- Establish and embed knowledge management practices to minimise post-transformation risks.
- Proactively identify manage and escalate issues to maintain smooth delivery.
- Track and report accurate progress for Delivery and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams.
- Collaborate with product owners to estimate backlogs and create cohesive delivery plans.
- Ensure alignment between programme delivery and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
- Maintain delivery momentum by addressing risks dependencies and blockers promptly.
- Support teams in resolving challenges efficiently and effectively.
