Vargo is recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the performance of teams delivering complex high-risk programmes for both our organisation and clients. The role requires leadership in programme delivery promotion of best practices and active contribution to business growth in a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance advice and constructive challenge to shape strategic areas of transformation planning.
Oversee the successful progression and completion of the Discovery Alpha and Beta programme phases.
Establish and embed knowledge management practices to minimise post-transformation risks.
Proactively identify manage and escalate issues to maintain smooth delivery.
Track and report accurate progress for Delivery and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams.
Collaborate with product owners to estimate backlogs and create cohesive delivery plans.
Ensure alignment between programme delivery and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
Maintain delivery momentum by addressing risks dependencies and blockers promptly.
Support teams in resolving challenges efficiently and effectively.
