Help shape Nottinghams future by leading one of the most significant transformation programmes in the citys history. Were looking for an exceptional LGR Programme Manager to drive the planning coordination and delivery of major programmes central to Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).

About the Role
As LGR Programme Manager you will take full ownership of large highrisk programmes linked to LGR. You will:
- Lead endtoend delivery of major LGR programmes
- Assess proposals plan frameworks and align work to government milestones
- Coordinate resources budgets risks and governance through the PMO
- Ensure programmes are well structured well communicated and on track
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders partners and stakeholders
- Lead communications including press and media enquiries
- Matrixmanage project managers and support a highperforming programme team
- Champion continuous improvement innovation and Equality Diversity & Inclusion
Youll play a central role in ensuring Nottingham City Council is ready operationally culturally and strategically for LGR.
About You
Were seeking an experienced senior leader who can demonstrate:
- A track record of leading teams and motivating highperformance
- Strong strategic analytical and commercial skills
- Experience delivering major change or transformation programmes
- Confidence working across sectors and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to simplify complex proposals and drive clear action
- Deep commitment to Equality Diversity & Inclusion
- Strong programme and project management expertise
- Degreelevel qualification and/or APM membership is desirable.
