The Role
Working independently during night shifts the role supports the smooth running of events by maintaining high standards of cleanliness presentation and functionality across conference rooms storerooms and associated areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean meeting rooms ensuring tables floors windows and all equipment are spotless and ready for use.
- Ensure all cables are neatly organised and waste bins are emptied and tidy.
- Check clocks blinds lighting and Wi-Fi signage to ensure full functionality.
- Keep storerooms organised well-stocked clean and secure at all times.
- Wash and store crockery and utensils; clean dishwashers surfaces and floors.
- Provide water glasses and maintain fully stocked coffee stations.
- Prepare and set up meeting spaces for upcoming conferences and events ensuring all layouts equipment and supplies meet required specifications.

- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow checklists and instructions accurately
- Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling
- Understanding of cleaning rooms and setup procedures
- Ability to work independently during the night shift
- Familiarity with Audio Visual equipment and room setups
