Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records managing transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records ledgers and accounting databases
  • Process invoices payments and expense reports accurately and timely
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist with tax documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing payment tracking and financial queries
  • Support audits and financial reviews when required

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce ( / BBA / ACCA Part Qualified preferred)
  • 25 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems
  • Knowledge of tax compliance and financial documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
