Job Summary

Job Summary: Looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales professional with 4-5 years of experience in selling building products like Flooring Decking and wall paneling products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets building strong client relationships and expanding market reach within the Indian market.
Initially as an individual contributor you will soon build a team in Mumbai Maharashtra and neighboring states to sell through architects Direct Projects and Channel Sales
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to Engineered Bamboo products.
  • Market Expansion:Identify and pursue new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features benefits and competitive advantages. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and enhance sales in existing ones.
  • Customer Support:Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting:Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports forecasts and market analysis to management regularly.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:4-5 years of proven sales experience in the wooden flooring and wall paneling industry.
  • Education:A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    • Valid drivers license.
