Job Summary
| Ensure timely receipt and verification of all mining consumables spares and critical materials to avoid operational downtime. |
| Maintain accurate documentation quantity/quality checks and coordination with mining operations to support uninterrupted production activities. |
| Ensure timely issue of mining consumables tools and spares to support uninterrupted field operations. |
| Maintain accurate issue records authorization control and stock balance monitoring for operational efficiency. |
| Ensure systematic identification segregation and disposal of scrap materials in compliance with company procedures and safety standards. |
| Coordinate with user departments and approved vendors for timely disposal to optimize storage space and recover residual value. |
| Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports on stock levels receipts issues and consumption trends for management review. |
| Maintain reliable inventory data and support decision-making through analysis of material movement and stock status. |
| Maintain optimal stock levels through proper planning monitoring and reconciliation to prevent shortages or overstocking. |
| Ensure periodic physical verification accurate record maintenance and compliance with inventory control procedures. |
| Ensure timely and accurate execution of all SAP transactions including GRN issue postings stock transfers and material master updates. |
| Monitor stock ageing regularly to identify slow-moving non-moving and obsolete materials for timely action. |
