About Role:
We are hiring aCustomer Support Executiveto manage customer queries and complaints throughVoice Callsand Emails using different portals. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite!
Must Have:
- Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
- Willing to work in US shift
- Looking for long-term association therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company
Initial training of 3-4months will be Compulsory Work From Office. Then Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through Voice Calls/Email.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders applications and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
