The role involves supporting the organization with land record verification revenue documentation and coordination with local government offices.
Key Responsibilities

Verify and interpret land records such as 7/12 (Satbara) 8A and other revenue documents

Assist with mutation entries ownership changes and land documentation processes

Coordinate with Talati offices Mamlatdar offices and revenue departments
Preferred Candidate Profile

Retired or near retirement government officer from the revenue department

Experience as Talati Mamlatdar Revenue Clerk or similar administrative role

Strong understanding of Gujarat land records and revenue procedures

Familiarity with village taluka and district revenue systems

LL.B degree preferred but not mandatory

Guide the legal / property team on revenue procedures and land administration processes

Assist in resolving land record discrepancies or documentation issues

Support property due diligence by reviewing government land records and related documents
