These applications serve marketing and operational functions but explicitly do not include direct gaming functionality. As a result the challenges we address involve both large-scale performance and fine-grained to Manager of QA Support Releases the Quality Assurance Coordinator Co-op developing and executing comprehensive test plans for applications development oversee QA of mobile/web application customer training of mobile/web applications and supporting the Manager of QA Support Releases in mobile/web application release CompetenciesInitiativeAchievement/Results OrientedTeamworkCustomer ServiceFlexibility/AdaptabilityDetail OrientedProblem SolvingBuilding RelationshipsResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications for testing mobile/web document and track software defects and issues for mobile/web applications using bug-tracking tools/ maintain and execute test plans and test timely and detailed reports on testing progress and steps and report any unclear or missing steps for a given item/task that would affect QA on QA progress for mobile app development promptly addressing identified customer training on mobile/web applications ensure a seamless experience and collect to explore and implement various customer or crossed-team training formats to accommodate different learning preferences for mobile/web the effectiveness of varying formats including videos tutorials asynchronous and synchronous styles mechanisms for collecting user feedback during and after training and report feedback on customer training preferences and internal training records and recommendations for further support or enhancements based on adoption patterns and general improvements for the customer training other projects/duties as assigned by the Manager of QA Support Releases or their QualificationsKnowledge of mobile/web application development technologies platforms and to learn new computer systems and software to learn iOS Android and web QA testing to learn how to identify issues in a mobile/web app testing in MS Office communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts facilitate discussions and build relationships with internal and external ownership skills in the testing process and project organizational problem-solving with a detail-oriented approach to ensuring quality and timely is an existing vacancy.
