What you will do:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Executive Director Marketing Enablement and Analytics in the development of processes and data-driven strategies that bring cohesion and efficiency to the Cineplex Marketing team. The individual also plays a key role in supporting the Marketing team in the reporting and measurement of revenue-driving programs for Cineplexs exhibition and amusement offerings.
This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Enablement
Liaise with various internal stakeholders to innovate and implement new processes within the Marketing team including codification of responsibilities and timelines
Support with maintenance of existing processes that lend to overall cohesion & efficiency in ways of working including campaign calendars all-hands meetings onboarding decks budget code permissions org charts & offer reviews
Assist with monthly budget forecasting process as required
Marketing Analytics
Developing campaign post reporting for various Marketing stakeholders leveraging digital channel data (Meta Google etc.) and web/app data (via Adobe Analytics) with attunement to strategic implications & recommendations based on data findings.
Support ongoing processes to enable measurement of Marketing campaigns UTM tagging pixel governance etc.
Qualifications:
College Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or Business Administration.
2-4 years of integrated marketing experience.
High-level understanding of integrated marketing strategy and tools necessary to develop and measure a successful campaign.
Proven critical thinking skills to work through relatively complex strategic problems.
Strong oral and written communication and relationship management skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading multi-faceted projects with stakeholders across cross functional teams.
Experience leveraging digital analytics as the basis for developing strategic campaign post reporting with ability to derive key takeaways and recommendations.
Basic understanding of media measurement fundamentals (UTM tagging IC tagging pixels etc.) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Teams Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
