What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As our Scheduler you will play a crucial role in planning and driving project success by:

• Developing detailed master schedules and work sequences to ensure competitiveness and feasibility.
• Break down project scopes into activities durations logic ties and resource requirements.
• Updating and maintaining project schedules including resource and cost loading when required.
• Working closely with Project Managers to align baseline schedules with budgets and support productivity analysis.
• Analyzing performance against the critical path and recommending corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Providing timely schedule insights including trends forecasts and progress updates.
• Supporting planning efforts and contributing to overall project controls.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Requirements)

Were looking for a candidate with a strong mix of education technical expertise and real-world construction scheduling experience:

• Degree or diploma in a construction-related fieldandminimumfive years of scheduling experience (or equivalent technical background).
• Proficiency withPrimavera P6andMicrosoft Project.
• Strong understanding ofCritical Path Method (CPM)scheduling.
• Knowledge ofWBS (Work Breakdown Structure)development.

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate schedule impacts and implications.
• Exceptional communication and conflictresolution skills.
• Solid understanding of construction sequences cost/schedule integration and earned value management.
• Experience integrating schedules with cost or progress measurement systems is an asset.
• Experience inProject Controls or Cost Controlpreferred.
