About the Role
We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team based in Thessaloniki this position you will assist customers by answering their questions resolving issues and ensuring they receive professional and efficient support.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others communicating with people from different backgrounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support through various communication channels.

Respond to customer questions and provide clear and helpful information.

Assist customers with general service-related matters and resolve issues when possible.

Ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Escalate more complex situations to the relevant team when needed.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
Requirements

Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native proficiency).

Good English skills (B2 level) for internal communication and training.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate different systems.

Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
-
Previous customer support experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
