Requirements

Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native proficiency).

Good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working with computers and multiple digital tools.

Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
