We are currently hiring Danish-speaking Content Moderators & Customer Support Agents to join the Athens operations of a global leader in customer experience management and digital support services.
In this role you will contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for users of a major global social media platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing various types of user-generated content and assisting users with account-related inquiries.
You will work within an international and dynamic environment collaborating with teams that ensure platform integrity and compliance with community guidelines.
What you will do
Review and moderate content such as posts comments videos and advertisements
Investigate reports of harassment abuse or policy violations
Provide support via chat email and occasional outbound calls
Assist users with account or payment-related inquiries
Escalate policy issues and contribute to improving platform safety
Requirements
Fluent Danish (C1C2)
English B2 or higher
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
