Job Summary
This is a unique internal opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you will make a direct impact on the growth and commercial success of Compass Group Australia. You will broaden your leadership experience while influencing how we approach bids contracts client retention and analytics-driven decision-making.
The Role
Build and lead a high-performing Estimation team with capabilities in pricing financial analysis commercial insight and analytics. Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with Sales Operations Legal and Finance to deliver financial and analytical models that inform new bids retention activities and strategic decision-making.
Provide scenario analysis pricing strategy and data-driven commercial insights to maximize client value.
Act as a conduit between operational commercial and legal teams toidentifyrisks improve contract performance and proactively support renegotiations.
Lead post-contract appraisals to capture lessons learned and embed insights into future bids and estimation models.
Conduct detailed reporting and analytics to guide resourcing strategic decisions and continuous improvement across new business and retention activities.
Champion data-driven decision-making developing dashboards bid libraries and analytical tools that inform commercial and operational strategies.
The Person
Proven experience in senior management roles ideally in the services industry with broad organisational accountability.
Strong commercial acumen analytical skills and ability to influence andadvisestakeholders using insights to drive decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and develop capability in financial analysis pricing and commercial insight.
Excellent communication collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience; CPA/CA or corporate finance experience is desirable.
