We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work part-time Tuesday and Thursday delivering pre-employment medicals and health assessments in our Melbourne CBD clinic.

About the Role
This isnt a typical nursing role. Based at our York Street clinic youll deliver high-quality pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings working as a trusted clinical partner for our candidates and clients not just a provider.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting pre-employment medicals and functional assessments
- Performing vision audiometry drug and alcohol screens
- Providing clear feedback to candidates and clients
- Maintaining accurate timely clinical documentation
- Overseeing clinic operations equipment and hygiene standards
- Participating in clinical governance and quality reviews
- Contributing to training resources and assessment protocols
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (nil conditions)
- Experience in occupational health or workplace assessments preferred
- MSK experience desired
- Strong clinical documentation and compliance skills
- Excellent communicator clear confident and empathetic
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement
