This is where you come in. As Project Administrator Renewables BESS you will be right at the heart of our Glenbrook project supporting the site based delivery team so they can focus on what matters most building and delivering great outcomes. You will be the steady hand keeping things organised connected and flowing from documentation and meetings through to procurement travel and day to day site operations.
No two days will look the same. One moment you might be coordinating meetings and capturing actions the next you could be managing purchase orders supporting Aconex workflows or making sure the site office is running like a well oiled machine. You will work closely with the Project Manager contractors and internal teams building strong relationships and helping the project hum along. If you enjoy being relied on solving problems and bringing calm to complexity this role will feel like home.

You are someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and supporting others to do their best work. Ideally you bring solid experience in project administration particularly in site based or construction style environments and you are comfortable juggling competing priorities while staying calm under pressure. Strong organisation skills clear communication and confidence using tools like Microsoft Office SharePoint and project systems such as SAP or Aconex will set you up well.
Some things are must haves. You will need proven administration experience excellent attention to detail confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders and a proactive solutions focused mindset. Experience in major projects renewables or site based roles along with advanced systems knowledge are great to have but not deal breakers. We are equally interested in your curiosity integrity willingness to learn and how you show up for the team. If you are adaptable people focused and comfortable working in the grey we would love to hear from you even if you do not tick every box. He waka eke noa we are all in this together.
