Care Centre Administrator

As our Care Centre Administrator at Summerset Cambridge you will support the smooth daytoday operation of our Care Centre and enable our clinical team to focus on delivering outstanding care.

Your day-to-day will include: 

• Provide endtoend administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Care Centre
• Maintain accurate resident records clinical files and care centre documentation
• Support rostering recruitment administration training records and compliance activities
• Deliver professional frontofhouse and customer service to residents families and visitors
• Assist with reporting audits and general office administration as required

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications :

Youll be a confident administrator who thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment and genuinely enjoys working in aged care.

Youll also bring: 

• Previous administration experience with strong attention to detail
• Confident computer skills particularly Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• A genuine interest in aged care or healthcare environments
