What Youll Do

• Coach members of all experience levelsfirst-timers to seasoned lifters

• Execute personalized 1-on-1 and small group training programs through provided weekly templates

• Build meaningful relationships that keep members motivated and consistent

• Track progress celebrate wins and help members believe in themselves

• Educate on movement recovery nutrition basics and healthy habits

• Maintain a clean safe and welcoming gym environment

• Collaborate with a team that pushes each other to be better every day
