Make a Difference
The Supervisor of Case Management is located at Community Anderson and Community Carmel Cancer Centers. This position will lead activities of assigned staff by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department goals. The Supervisor will promote department goals by selecting motivating and training staff. This position will work on well-defined issues and/or projects. The supervisor may be required to interpret application of policies procedures and technical methods for staff. This position may be required to cover a caseload.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to adapt to a variety of situations changes and new learnings. Applicants can motivate and lead high-performing teams.
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university is required
- Licensed as a Social Worker (LSW) by the Professional Licensing Agency is required
- LCSW LMHC or LMFT is strongly preferred.
- 2 (two) or more years of experience working in a hospital setting is required.
- Case Management experience is strongly preferred.
- Coordinate lead prioritize and/or manage multiple projects competently.
- Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of the organization.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
