Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed full time for our skilled nursing facility.
Our Skilled Nursing Facility (RN) is responsible for assessing planning providing and documenting direct and indirect nursing care for our patients/ residents. The RN Provides leadership for Nursing Staff and guidance in the care of our residents. The RN also provides nursing care interventions preventing complications and promoting improvement in the patients/residents comfort and wellness. The RN reports all concerns and incidents to the Director of Nursing. All nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice national and specialty nursing standards. HSC Policies and Procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations resident assessments and company policies.
