Warehouse Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of warehouse operation.
- Promote and develop new business in e-Marketing services to existing and prospective clients.
- Lead a team of warehouse staffs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations during receiving put away picking packing and dispatch process.
- Accountable for order fulfillment process from order generation pick/pack to distribution.
- Develop strong working partnership with internal departments and logistics services provider to smooth the workflow and optimize the overall cost of warehouse.
- Liaise with forwarders and supplier.
- Implement the warehouse planning and strategy to assort the Companys future development.
- Formulating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in managing e-commerce / fulfillment / logistics warehouses / distribution center.
- Experience in manage sizable warehouse and set-up new warehouse.
- Excellent leadership with good problem-solving communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and analytical skills with business acumen.
- Good command in both spoken and written English Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word Excel OpenSource WHMS platform.
- Less experience will also consider as Supervisor.
