ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seekingConsultants /Senior Consultantsto support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a growing team of data practitioners where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.

This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as aUI/UX Designer. You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define product strategy and shape the roadmap for AI governance tools and capabilities.
  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for AI lifecycle management platforms ensuring userfriendly clear and actionable functional specifications.
  • Apply data modelling and workflow design to streamline AI usecase onboarding governance steps and lifecycle processes improving efficiency and timetomarket.
  • Manage endtoend project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies coordinating crossfunctional teams and tracking progress in Jira or similar tools.
  • Present solution designs and recommendations to stakeholders clearly explaining usability value and regulatory impact; support acceptance testing to validate user experience.
  • Enhance overall user experience by resolving product/process queries collecting feedback and informing UI/UX improvements based on user behaviour insights.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • At least 3 years experience across financial services and/or consulting
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing prototyping and design collaboration.
  • Strong background in business analysis including requirements gathering process mapping and translating complex regulations into intuitive product features.
  • Proficiency indata modelling workflow optimisation and designing clear usercentric processes for AI governance tools.
  • Solid understanding ofAI/ML technologies Responsible AI concepts and emerging regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
  • Experience inproject management including Agile and Waterfall delivery stakeholder coordination and tracking in Jira or similar tools.
  • Ability to present technical concepts in a simple userfocused way and contribute to usercentric design decisions (UI/UX thinking).
