Job Summary
A well-established private cardiology practice affiliated with the Methodist Healthcare System is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join their growing team. This opportunity is based on the campus of Methodist Metropolitan Hospital a leading facility in downtown San Antonio known for its advanced cardiovascular care.
Practice Details:
Affiliation with Methodist Healthcare System the largest healthcare provider in South Texas.
Access to state-of-the-art cath labs and imaging technology.
Strong referral network and high patient volume from both the hospital and surrounding community.
Collaborative team environment with experienced cardiologists and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including coronary angiography angioplasty and stenting.
Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations.
Participate in hospital call rotation and coverage.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care.
Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
Strong clinical and procedural skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based care.
