Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager for a growing mechanical construction team. This role will manage commercial HVAC and plumbing installation projects from planning and estimating through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing new construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with owners developers engineers contractors and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Oversee project schedules subcontractors equipment procurement and scope management
Conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits
Monitor project costs forecasts and financial reporting
Submit monthly billing and maintain project cash flow
Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of project management experience with a commercial mechanical contractor
Commercial HVAC estimating experience preferred
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple project priorities
