Construction Project Manager

BALTIMORE MD

Duties/Responsibilities Core knowledge:

• Manage all contract documentation including subcontract agreements change
  orders & material purchase orders.
• Review and validate outside vendor invoices
• Monitor all project financials tracking planned cost vs. actual. Job progress vs. amount billed
• Review customer billing requirements within the contract and complete as necessary
• Ensure project file integrity (confirm that all project docs have been collected i.e. bonds insurance subcontract signed and fully executed as applicable) project specs safety plans
• Validate project field report
• Work directly with account payable subcontractors accounts receivable and state agencies as needed for tax issues government reporting and/or wage issues etc.

Skills Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
• 1 year of experience as a Construction Manager Project Engineer or related occupation in which the required construction management experience is gained.
• RFI preparation and submittals
• Proficient in project management software code and specification compliance contract compliance and monitoring and creating cost loaded schedules.
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment within a team setting
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read write and communicate fluently in English
• Superior written oral and digital communication skills
• MS Office Suite (Word Excel Teams OneDrive

Project Manager will visit construction sites once every two weeks within Baltimore MD metro area.
