What youll do as an Administrative Professional 3:
This position provides advanced administrative & operational support for Distribution & Inventory Services (DIS) serving as a key liaison across leadership staff facilities vendors & other ODPS entities while independently managing complex processes reporting & daily operations.
Relieve designated administrative staff of routine & complex administrative duties including preparing confidential correspondence reports spreadsheets & presentations.
Coordinate delivery transport & release of ODPS equipment throughout the State of Ohio.
Assist in the development review & submission of operating & capital budgets; Maintain & update statistical & financial data.
Review & analyze contracts for compliance with applicable laws rules & regulations; Assist in preparing specifications & cost analyses.
